As much as Jean hopes she can lead you to the perfect wardrobe pieces, she cannot guarantee fit and overall satisfaction for each item, therefore exchanges and/or returns may be necessary to the original selected retailer based on your personal preferences once you receive the items.
Shopping links will be sent with items in stock and available in your size but Jean cannot guarantee how long inventory will last per retailer. Jean sources items from popular retailers however sometimes smaller, unique retailers with limited inventory will be included. If items are sold out within 48 hours of receiving your email from Jean, she will do her best to hunt down a substitute. A substitute cannot be guaranteed after 48 hours of receipt of shopping links.
